Advent Calendar

I fancied making my kids advent calendar last christmas. It was tricky to make but ended up looking quite nice. We'll definitely bring it out every christmas from now on.....

Wedding Favour Boxes

Favour boxes, making them is one of my favourite hobby. I designed some Vintage style favour boxes for my Sister-in-Law's wedding last summer and they were an absolute delight.

Diwali Decorations 2012

Last November (2012), I fancied making some Diwali decorations for our house. They turned out to be very pretty and a hit with my family and friends. They'll definitely be on my list of things to do next Diwali.

Here are some pictures I would like to share with you....

These are made by layering patterned papers and can be used as doilies with sweets or tea lights on top. They can be hanged on the wall as a decorative feature or placed on the floor near the front door as Rangolis.

I have really enjoyed making them and looking forward to making some more next time.
